We stayed for a birthday weekend, everything was first class, from the welcome to the departure. The evening meals were sublime, the breakfast delicious. The views were so amazing, we left the curtains open at night. We will be back very soon.
Absolutely brilliant and the perfect place to celebrate our Mum's 90th birthday. We had a very relaxing stay and the staff were all super friendly and thoughtful. We didnt want to leave. Food also delicious.
We are regular visitors over a number of years to Loch Melfort and it is good to see they are back to the same high standards of food, comfort and ambiance after the challenges of Covid. The rooms in the Sea View Lodge are very smart and comfortable and the food was delicious. The view, of course, is unbeatable!
The rooms look rather strange initially - like an American Motel weirdly places in a remote spot in the highlands, but then I came to realise that the layout is so that everyone gets a (sea) loch view, and that certainly is spectacular. We saw it on wet autumn day - perhaps when it's at its most atmospheric.
